American Baking Systems, Inc. (ABS) was founded to supply high quality bakery equipment to the American baking industry.
Our management staff has over sixty years of combined service to the baking industry of America.
To ensure the highest quality equipment at the most reasonable prices, ABS has formed manufacturing and distribution alliances with manufacturers located throughout the world.
With equipment partnerships in Asia, Europe (Germany, Belgium, France, England and Holland), South Africa, and North America, ABS has positioned itself strategically to ensure its customers access to the latest bakery technology and the most efficient manufacturing sources. After-sales services is an important aspect of our business. To ensure service to our customers, ABS is affiliated with over 300 independent, authorized service agencies and equipment installers located throughout the United States that will assist you should you encounter problems.

American Baking System's Removable Bowl Spiral Dough Mixers
Removable Bowl Spiral mixers come standard with stainless steel bowls, two-speed digital panels with a manual back-up system. Self contained hydralic system lifts and lowers mixing head while unlocking and locking the bowl simultaneously. Simple and low maintenance are key features of these mixers.
